What data we collect and why

Through the website forms (contact, volunteer or professional applications) we collect the data you choose to give us (name, email, phone number, information about your experience) solely in order to reply to you and assess a possible collaboration. Legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). Data are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and in any case for no more than 24 months, unless a collaboration is under way.

Donations

Online donations are handled by PayPal or Stripe, which act as independent controllers of payment data: the website does not collect or store any card details. For bank transfers we process the data needed for accounting and tax obligations.

Cookies

The website does not use profiling cookies or third-party tracking tools. Only technical cookies needed for the site to work may be used.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of or objection to processing at any time by writing to info@avec-pvs.org, and you can lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (Italian Data Protection Authority).
