In 2020 AVEC-PVS sought to maintain and strengthen its ties with partner communities: each received a small grant to support awareness-raising and prevention of virus transmission, in Alamor, Ecuador (Mancomunidad Las Meliponas), in Kasongo, DR Congo (UCRDI) and in Wasserà and Ashirà, Ethiopia (Franciscan Missionary Sisters of Christ).
